Go Greyhound 1953

According to the tag on the bus this was 1953 but I’ll leave Loyd’s note as he wrote it.

“This is the way the old Greyhound bus station looked like in the late 1940’s.  The terminal was on Bay and Hogan Streets where Sears built their downtown store.  They look a lot smaller than they do today, no restrooms either.  It was transportation though, and it was pretty good.” LS

Did Continental Trailways and other bus lines use this same terminal?

I don’t have an answer for you on that one. I know there have been several different Greyhound bus stations in downtown Jacksonville over the years. Bob Self/Vintage Jacksonville
