What target was the shooter aiming at? A high powered rifle can carry further than one thinks. I often get amazed as these muslim shooters over in the middle east who fire their weapons straight up into the air. Do they not know those bullets fall back to earth somewhere, and possible strike someone? Or do they even care, since most of them seem to have no value for human life.
