Building Boom


One of the numerous incarnations of this particular block of downtown Jacksonville over the years.  This was probably for the construction of old Robert Meyer Hotel, the Woolworth and J.C. Penney buildings.  The site currently hosts the Federal Courthouse Complex.

The Jacksonville skyline with an undeveloped Southbank in the foreground.
