    When Hemming Park was Rehabbed in 1977, this buiilding was removed along with a number of plaques, the old gazebo, etc, almost everything but the Confederate Statue. In 2003, the John F Kennedy bronze marker, marking his speaking date in the park when he was running for President, was replaced in the park. In addition, a statue of Rep. Charles Bennett is in the park today. And they are discussing rehabilitating it again. Marvin Hill designed the rehabilitation.,
