The more I look at this photograph the more I am intrigued by it. Is it a 50’s vintage team building exercise? First aid drill? Prank? I’m sure there is a good story to go with it unfortunately Loyd did not leave any clues.

is the wrapped-up gentleman alive? I’m wondering if perhaps he’s a caught criminal. I think I’d contact the JSO and ask about any high-profile criminal captures in that era.
