it looks like a Phillips model.
my Dad had one, and though it (and he) are long gone, i still have the microphone for it. a big cumbersome thing. use it as a keepsake.
Working behind a cash register all day in high heels had to be most uncomfortable. Luckily we don’t have to do that anymore.
