Bodybuilder Gene Hill inspects the bicep of WMBR Radio personality Tommy Tucker during a bodybuilding competition at the old bandshell at Jacksonville Beach in the early 1960’s. You can tell by the cigarette in Tucker’s hand that the event was all about healthy living.

Costume Party At The Little Theatre

A costume ball for The Little Theatre in San Marco.  According to the note left behind by Loyd Sandgren the photograph was taken around 1949 and the party theme was famous people. Mahatma Gandhi does not look all that thrilled to be there but Pan has his flute and seems ready to party.
